Description

Just in- a TRUE ONE OWNER golden era Martin. This 1934 000-18 long scale has been owned by the same 98 year old lady in Cleveland, Ohio since it was new. She played it in her youth and early adulthood but then stored it in it’s original case for sixty plus years. This guitar is completely dead original right down to even the saddle! It has never had a neck set and does not need one. The bridge is untouched and full height, the original bar frets are present, the original tuners are functional. The nut and bridge pins are original. The finish is completely untouched and beautiful. Consider only 326 000-18s were made in 1934. They made zero 000-18s in 1932 and 1933. And quite few 34 000-18 are long scales (the same specs as an OM). Also of note- the silk screen decal is on the front of the head stock as well as the impressed decal on the back of the head stock. VERY rare feature. This wonderful instrument is housed in the original case which is near mint. Provenance, uncirculated, history, condition, rarity. This guitar has it ALL and is a true collector and investment piece as well as great of a musical instrument as you’ll find. 22,000 dollars.
