Description

On offer is this very cool early Fender Nocaster Relic Custom Shop. When the custom shop came back in house in 1999 Fender made changes to make the new relics as historically accurate as possible, right down to the 5″ paint shadow ring on the bottom of the pickguard. This is a very low serial number, built in early 2000. No CoA available, but pots date to the tenth week of 2000. John Cruz stamp is on the neck. The guitar has been played. There is some fretwear, but they are all still serviceable and playable. Nice big neck, but not a baseball bat. Previous owner wired the switch/pickups the modern way. 7.5 lbs. Sounds killer! Complete with tweed thermometer case.

Payments may be made by credit card (processed via Stripe), Paypal, wire transfer, bank check, certified check or money order. Local orders may be paid by cash. A 25% non-refundable deposit will hold a guitar or amp for 30 days. All layaway sales are final – no returns or refunds. If you place a hold on an instrument it is withdrawn from the market and no subsequent offer will break the hold once it has been reserved. We expect that a hold request is a commitment to purchase. Hold requests that are canceled before shipment are assessed a cancellation fee of $150.

All guitars or amps will ship within three days of finalizing the order processing. Credit card authorization and verification must be received before processing. The buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges. We generally ship instruments UPS ground, fully insured. Shipping costs vary depending on weight, size and insured value. We may recommend that you ship a high value or particularly fragile instrument 2 day or overnight. Please contact us at 831.335.3800 for options and shipping quotes. If the item is purchased through PayPal we will only ship to a confirmed address. We will not ship to a third-party address and cannot ship to PO boxes. All guitars are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped and carefully packed. If the instrument arrives broken, take photos and immediately call the carrier for damage inspection. Do not return an instrument that has been damaged before it has been inspected. All parts, accessories and pickups generally ship within two days.

I provide a 48 hour approval period during which any guitar may be inspected by a qualified third party to validate authenticity. You may return the instrument or other item if you are not satisfied for any reason for a full refund minus the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal charges. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Items must be returned in the original shipping container using the original packing material with no signs of use. Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to obtain a return authorization. The item must be returned within seven (7) days.
