Payment method is PayPal or Overseas Transfer. After the sales contract is made, we will hold the item and send you an email with payment instructions, so please make payment within 24 hours. If you are unable to make payment within 24 hours, please reply to that effect. Cancellation is not possible after payment.

(2)When you pay, we'll ship Within 2 days by Fedex. *Fedex cannot collect on weekends, so payments made on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. (3)Customs Tax International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. (4)If you pay by PayPal, we can only ship to your paypal's Adress. (5)Using our experience, we try to prevent this from happening, but guitars do sometimes get stopped at customs. We do not ship illegally, so even if your guitar gets stopped, you can still receive it by going through additional procedures. We will support you, so please rest assured. (6)We use our experience to ship products in the best possible packaging, but in rare cases, accidents do occur during transport. We are covered by transport insurance, so we will cover the damage.

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective. We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience.Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Please return the product within 10 days. We will refund the amount minus return shipping costs.
