YAMAHA 1990s SG-1 Isse Noro Signature

This is the signature model "SG-1" of Issei Noro, the leader/guitarist of the Japanese fusion band "Cassiopeia".

The original smaller body shape is said to have been designed by Noro himself, with a semi-hollow maple top and mahogany back.

The signature "Special Star" position markers and white plastic parts give it a distinctive look.

The bridge is a Floyd-like locking Rockin'Magic Pro, and the strap pins are uniquely positioned.

The pickups in the HSH layout are the original "SPINEX" humbuckers and the original high-output single-coil pickups, with each pickup can be coil-tapped by pushing/pushing each tone knob, and the fifth knob can be pushed/pushed to turn the single coil on/off.

There is a fairly large dent on the body top between the elbow and the bridge, tiny dents and scuffs all over the body top, many shallow dents and scuffs on the body back and sides, scuffs on the back of the neck (near the 12th fret), and tiny damages to the binding (1st string side) at the 1st and 12th frets.

The frets are slightly worn, mainly on the plain strings, but there is more than 80% remaining overall, and the neck and truss rod are in good condition.
