Replay Guitar Exchange is proud to offer this stunning 2008-edition Custom Shop Fender 1968 Stratocaster Heavy Relic — a period-accurate take on the late sixties model that brings all of the vintage qualities back to the stage again. It's got a 3-Color Sunburst lacquer finish, complete with a White pickguard and aged hardware to match.
This vintage-style Strat features an ash solidbody for a deep sound, complete with an oval C-profile maple neck that hosts a smooth rosewood fingerboard with twenty-one narrow-tall frets. The trio of '60s single-coil Custom Shop pickups put out a mix of amazing vintage voices. The bridge pickup is wired to the rear tone control, whicle the other tone and the master volume adjust everything else and the five-way blade switch lets you mix and match each pickup as you please.
This guitar is in Excellent condition, as the Heavy Relic finish gives it the appearance of decades on the road and brought back home. There is an estimated 95% of fret life remaining. A trem bar is included with this guitar.
