Jim Kelley stands as one of the most elusive and revered builders with only around 600 of his amps produced between 1978 and 1985 under the name Active Guitar Electronics. This gorgeous wood cabinet combo is the 60-watt foot-activated channel-switching model with 2 channels for two different gain structures with independent reverb control for each channel. Two operating modes allow you to run at 30-Watts or 60-Watts respectively, and this example also comes with a factory attenuator so you can open it up if you want - and you may want to use the attenuator because this 12" Altec Lansing speaker is super efficient, honest, and transparent. It doesn't matter where you set the dials on this thing, this holy grail combo sounds incredible! Includes original cover and Active Guitar Electronics attenuator.

We offer a 72 hr approval on all guitar & amps (unless otherwise noted). Customer pays all shipping & insurance costs both ways unless otherwise negotiated by sales staff. Before returning any item, customers must call for a return authorization. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they left the store. Unauthorized returns will be refused & returned at customer expense. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
