James Tyler 2009 Mongoose Retro
This is the "Mongoose Retro" model in metallic red with matching head.
It features a rounded Telecaster shape and a chambered body (ash top and alder back) with Tyler's original “Ribbed body processing” technique.
The neck grip is a slightly thinner "Thin '59" shape, and the fingerboard has a 9.5-12R compound radius .
The neck pickup is a Seymour Duncan SM-1n Vintage Mini Humbucker and the bridge is a JTT5500+. The bridge is a Glendale 3pc designed for octave adjustment.
There are some scratches on the top end of the body, some darkening of the paint on the back end of the body, some dents and scratches to the whole body and the top of the head, and some rust and tarnish to the metal parts, but there is no significant damage that stands out, and considering the age, the condition is good.
There are no dents in the frets, with over 90% remaining, and the neck and truss rod are in good condition.
