2016 G6136T-BLK Players Edition Black Falcon

The G6136T-BLK Black Falcon model is the black version of the White Falcon, the flagship model of Gretsch guitars.

The beautifully shaped body with black finish, gold sparkle binding and vertical logo on the head give this top-of-the-range model an upscale and beautiful look.

Player's Edition with 2-1/4" thinner body, ML bracing, a development of the 1959 trestle bracing, locking Grover Imperial tuners, locking strap pins, string-through Bigsby and TUSQ XL nut, Locking bar bridge, pinned ebony bass with octave adjustment to reduce bridge movement, and other features for superior playability.

Pickups are equipped with High Sensitive Filter'Tron, "Squeezebox" paper-in capacitors, treble bleed circuit that does not alter the sound when the volume is changed, and a no-load tone that is completely bypassed when the tone is full.

There is one tiny dent on the body top (near the elbow) and multiple scuffs on the body back, but it is in very good condition with no noticeable damage.

The frets are barely worn and there are no problems with the neck and truss rod.
