On Hold!
Description

2 Original PAFs, stickered with unbroken covers. Original mounting rings and screws. Pots have 61 pot codes; some wiring on harness might have been replaced when guitar was refinished. Everything works fine, as parts are still installed in guitar.

FOR MORE PHOTOS, DETAILED INFO AND HISTORY, PLEASE CHECK OUR LISTING FOR THE GUITAR!
If we cannot get a buyer for the guitar, we are parting out everything and keeping the body because of the great neck. Message/email us for all inquiries and any reasonable offers for parts. We are selling our listed 1961 Les Paul Standard for less than the combined value of the parts. You should really check it out.

Only if PAFs are sold, I will consider selling the rest of the parts from the guitar: original pickup switch and poker chip, original no-retaining-wire ABR-1 bridge, thumb wheels and posts, original pickguards and truss rod cover and screws, original silver insert top hat knobs. and an original faux alligator case in excellent condition (guitar was stored and transported in a hard-shell Gator case), Period-correct nickel Grovers with screws. (Can't tell if they are original to the guitar. There does not appear to be any extra holes or indentations on headstock that would indicate Klusons or something else were installed originally.) Also have the late 60s stoptail and studs that were installed when the guitar was refinished.

6/13/24 and 3/19/24 ADDED NOTES: Thanks for the inquiries, but only after we find a buyer for the PAFs and the wiring harness will we consider selling the rest of the parts. While we would prefer to sell the whole guitar as it is, we would keep the body just for the neck, it's that nice, and sell off the rest of the nickel parts. Send us a message if you have any interest in the electronics, We're sure we can work something out.

Since we do not keep regular store hours, the best way to contact us is via email. We can setup a phone call or video session with an in-hand description of instrument.

Electronic payments, PayPal, direct transfers. Old-fashioned paper like bank checks and money orders OK after clearing. We'll work with you. Trades may be considered; we are currently not looking for anything specific. But you never know! (A nice jetglo Rick bass might be nice...)

Buyer pays all costs for shipping and insurance. All shipping is calculated based on weight of guitar in case. USPS is our preferred carrier for items of value less than $5,000; you can get a good idea of any shipping costs on the USPS.com website. If you have a preferred carrier or your own shipping account, just let us know. Shipping is calculated from Chicago 60609.

All of our instruments are in the conditions as described. No attempt to deceive or misrepresent would ever be intended or tolerated. Many of these instruments have been previously disassembled to verify their vintage (please do not ask us to remove necks to check dates). Many have been purchased from reputable dealers who stand by their goods. Any modifications or damages have been noted and photographed. So, even considering all sales are final, all sales issues are on a case-by-case basis; any disputes about condition or vintage must be addressed within 48 hours of receipt. Buyer pays all return shipping and insurance costs.
