1974 Gibson Les Paul Custom 20th Anniversary Ebony

Here's a lefty 1974 Gibson Les Paul Custom 20th Anniversary Model in Ebony finish. As you can clearly see, this ones got some modifications! And truly a one of a kind piece. We purchased the guitar from the original owner. Story goes....his brother accidentally knocked the guitar over when they were younger, causing a little damage to the headstock (the repair is great, and easy to miss). Because of this, he wanted to make it lighter, and didn't mind going for it. And he went for it! If you look at the pictures under the custom pickguard he put on, it's all routed out. You can still put a bridge pickup in, but he left it with a single EMG 89 Humbucker in the neck position. It's rich, warm and powerful, but still clear and articulate, and similar to the 85. Playability is exceptional! Plays smooth and fast, with slinky low action. The original fretless wonder frets are still in good shape too! Again, please look through all the pic's thoroughly....but the guitar is killer, completely structurally sound, and ready to rock! HSC included...
