1980 Gibson ES-347 in excellent condition. This Gibson is all original, with no history of repairs, but does have some residue on the bottom side of the lower bout, most likely from a strap resting against it in the case at one point. This ES-347 was constructed with a laminate maple body and a maple neck with an ebony fingerboard that has pearl block inlays. The guitar features gold hardware, two humbuckers, a coil-tap switch, and a TP-6 fine-tune tailpiece. The neck has a width of 1 11/16” at the nut, a depth of 0.84” at the first fret, and a depth of 1.01” at the twelfth fret. It has a 24 ¾” scale and weighs 8.5 lbs. This guitar was formerly owned by renowned studio musician Dennis Budimir who recorded with a wide range of famous musicians including Harry Nilsson, Brian Wilson, Joni Mitchell, Ringo Starr, George Harrison, and Ella Fitzgerlald. A handwritten note from Dennis and photograph of him with the guitar are included in the original hardshell case.
