1950 Gibson ES-140 "Sunburst"

A beautiful and great playing 3/4 sized guitar from the Golden Era of Gibson electrics! This first year example features a single cutaway, fully hollow body design with a single "Dog Ear" P90 pickup in the neck position that can handle everything from warm Jazz tones to raunchy blues and rock n' roll sounds with ease. With the original nickel trapeze tailpiece, "barrel" Style early 50's Gibson knobs, and original tuners, this is one of the cleanest ES-140s we've seen. A great way to own a vintage Gibson hollowbody for a great price!
