1963 Gibson Dove – Natural
Take a look at this dazzling Gibson Dove in Natural from 1963! 63 was the first year a Natural finish was offered on this model, and Gibson shipping totals show at most 29 Natural Doves were shipped that year. This is one of Gibson’s most stunning flattop models, featuring that iconic Dove inlaid pickguard and dove wing inlays on the rosewood bridge. As you can see, this particular piece is in incredible condition, free of any significant wear areas, breaks, or repairs – only an added strap button at the neck heel. The nicely figured Maple back and sides give this guitar a punchy top end, but the top doesn’t overshadow its strong low end, too! It feels great in the hands, and with the tone behind it, we challenge you to put it down!
