Description

Here we have a lovely 1968 Fender Thinline Telecaster in a custom Sunburst finish. Fender introduced the Thinline Telecaster to their lineup in the summer of 1968. The Thinline came in two Standard finishes, Natural Mahogany and Natural Ash. This Sunburst Thinline is from the first year of production for the model and is in excellent condition. You will notice this guitar has a pearloid pickguard, a standard spec for the model. As you can see this is a stunning example of this model, and we’re not the only ones who think so. In fact, this exact guitar is featured on page 258 of “Fender: The Golden Age 1946-1970”!

Overall Condition: 10, nearly mint!
