Here's a 1968 Fender Telecaster Thinline in Natural finish. Very clean and incredible 1st year example, that's 100% original, and has a rare Maple Cap neck! It's also one of the finest we've ever come across! The original pots date to 1965, with the neck stamp reads 3OCT68. Most of these you see are faded....this one is not! It's also one of the loudest unplugged electrics you'll ever heard. Which, is a beautiful thing. But more importantly, it's one of the best sounding plugged in Thinlines you'll ever hear! The bridge pickup is magical: strong, very full, and very articulate. You can hear every string with clarity. The neck pickup is fat, warm, and NOT muddy. Put it in the middle position and it sounds phenomenal! The neck has a perfect medium C profile, and plays like butter. Easy playing action, with plenty of fret life left. Both a collectors and players dream! Original bridge cover and OHSC included!
