Body Details: Solid alder body. The body is fully refinished. -There is a large "swimming pool" route in the center of the body were the pickups are located. This has been filled with pine and re-routed for the original strat pickups. The refin covers the route, but it is slightly visible under the finish due to the different wood grain. -All of this is completely covered by the pickguard.

Electronics: -The guitar has original black bobbin pickups and original wiring harness with 1964 pot codes. A 5-way switch has been installed. -Solder joints on the pots have been touched up.

Hardware: The trem arm is missing. The strap buttons have been replaced. The trem strings have been replaced. The nut, pick guard, back plate, knobs and switch tip are non-original. The pick guard screws may not be original. The tuners are era-correct and possibly original. The rest of the hardware is original.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has minimal play wear considering the refin. The finish is glossy with minor scuffs and dents throughout. The hardware is nicely tarnished with age.

Tech Notes: -The guitar plays well with low action. The frets are small with minimal play wear. There is some back bow in the neck so the guitar sets up best with heavier gauge strings . It is currently set up with 11s. -The serial number, pot codes, and neck stamp date to 1964.
