1976 Fender Precision Bass Olympic White
Olympic White, optional color, this was played in clubland and has the wear you might expect including finish checking, dings and three holes on the top horn. But look closely, very little buckle wear and no exposed wood or abuse. Does have some shielding paint in the control cavity and one changed tuner. The pots date to the 13th week of 1976. The pickup is original. It’s pretty light at 9.0 pounds and is nice and resonant acoustically. The original pickups sound great too. The P-bass never got the 3 bolt neck and this has the preferred back plate serial number. Comes with some repro covers and the original beat hard case missing two latches.
