Description

Here’s a super cool one! This completely original 1952 Fender “Nosquire” comes in its original Blond finish! Although we can’t be sure why, this guitar left the factory with a simple “Fender” spaghetti logo decal, rather than one bearing the Esquire model name. This could be due to a simple mistake or could have been possible if they had run out of Esquire logos at the time. Regardless of the reason, we do not doubt that this decal is original. This neck is truly stunning, with beautiful maple figuring throughout, and an incredibly comfortable back profile that starts as a soft U and transitions to a full C. Despite the body wear, these original frets are in fantastic condition. General playability is right where you’d want it, providing easy playing up and down the neck. As you can see by the wear throughout, this guitar’s former owner certainly loved it, leaving playwear, weather checking, and patina. If you’re looking for an Esquire with a twist, this “Nosquire” is the one for you!

Overall Condition: 6.5, playwear, buckle rash, edgewear and patina
