The Mustang was a student model released in 1964 for children and beginners in order to expand the market for Fender electric guitars.
With features such as a short scale neck, a bridge equipped with dynamic vibrato, and a phase-out sound, the Mustang is used in a wide variety of genres today.
In 1976, this model used white ash wood for the body, which became the standard specification, and a round board was adopted for the fingerboard, with the joint surface of the maple neck and rosewood fingerboard affixed along the fingerboard's curvature.
The overall bandwidth is well balanced, and the character of each PU is clearly separated, making it easy to use them differently. The front has a very pleasant sound with a slight comped feel in the mids, and the rear can produce a tight, well-separated sound!
