The specs for this fabulous Custom Shop Strat include: an Alder body with a cool Sea Foam Green nitrocellulose finish, Journeyman-level aging and a total guitar weight of just 7 pounds, 3 ounces; an AA flamed Maple neck with a "59 Esquire C" shaped neck and depth measurements of .81" at the first fret and .97" at the twelfth fret (my measurements); a dark Rosewood fretboard with a 9.50" radius, 6105 fret wire and a 1.650" bone nut; and for electronics, three Fender "Highway 59" single coil pickups with VTT and a five-way switch.
I liked this guitar immediately. It just feels good to me and is very light and nicely balanced hung or in your lap. It plays great and is nicely setup with new Elixir .10's. A portion of the finish has been removed from the back of the flamed neck giving this guitar a smooth, dry, non-tacky feel. The tone is vintage Strat quack and clarity and the output of the pickups is right where I like them - a nice balance between vintage and over-wounds. This marvelously aged beauty is in virtually unplayed condition and the frets show no observable wear. It comes in it's original brown G&G case in similarly nice condition along with the certificate of authenticity, build sheet and all of the other accessories shown.
A new example has a street price of around $3,600 but you can get this near mint example for quite a bit less. Get yourself a great Fender Custom Shop Strat with this superb Sea Foam Green example. Definitely a sweet Strat!

Shipping to Continental US addresses is via FedEx Ground, with flat rate shipping of $60 to Eastern time zones, $70 Central and $80 Mountain/Pacific. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $100. Refunds of the original purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee may be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges within one (1) week of the original date of purchase may be made for an item of equal or greater value at the discretion of Capital Guitars. Where permitted herein, items must be promptly returned at the buyer's expense, in the same condition as received with all accessories and paperwork included.
