Offered is this virtually unplayed 2013 Fender Custom Shop '52 Telecaster Relic. The specs for this gorgeous Tele include: an Ash body with a well aged Nocaster Blonde nitrocellulose lacquer finish and a total guitar weight of 6.6 pounds; a Maple neck with a 60's Oval C-shaped profile with depth of .83" at the first fret and .94" at the twelfth fret; a 9.5" radius fretboard, 6105 fret wire and a 1.650" bone nut; a vintage style Tele bridge with brass saddles; split shaft vintage style tuners; and for electronics, a Seymour Duncan 59 humbucker in the neck position and a Broadcaster single coil in the bridge position, along with volume, tone, a three-way switch and modern wiring.
This guitar exudes tons of vintage vibe with it's aging and factory neck humbucker. It has a slightly slimmer neck profile than you typically see on this model so fans of smaller necks should take note. It's quite light and nicely balanced. The guitar plays superbly and sounds like the real deal. The neck HB gives you some tonal flexibility that you don't get with the traditional two single coil layout. This guitar has seen little, if any play time. It's hard ascertain useage with a Relic, but the guitar came to me with it's original factory strings and flawless frets. It comes in it's original tweed G&G case which is also as new and includes the certificate of authenticity, the hang tags, ash tray bridge cover, Custom Shop strap and cable, etc.
This is a great 50's style Tele with a slightly slimmer neck. It's in like new (aged) condition and at a price that is about $1K less than new. Make it yours today!

Shipping to Continental US addresses is via FedEx Ground, with flat rate shipping of $60 to Eastern time zones, $70 Central and $80 Mountain/Pacific. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $100. Refunds of the original purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee may be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges within one (1) week of the original date of purchase may be made for an item of equal or greater value at the discretion of Capital Guitars. Where permitted herein, items must be promptly returned at the buyer's expense, in the same condition as received with all accessories and paperwork included. Sale items, purchases that are made via layaway, those involving trades and/or international shipping are considered final except upon an error by and at the discretion of Capital Guitars.
