Used EMG Single Coil pickup set.

This set is in very good to excellent condition.

Each pickup individually tested good. We did not test the pots. Includes the volume pot, two tone pots and battery connector. The output jack and pickup selector switch(s) are not included.

There are 2 gold logo “SA” pickups and 1 “S” pickup.

A Silver logo indicates it is a ceramic magnet; the gold logo is for Alnico magnets.

SA

The SA is an active single coil pickup loaded with an Alnico V bar magnet that has an unmistakable Strat sound: bright, airy, with a rich bottom end. With internal shielding and a low impedance preamp, you get a virtually noiseless pickup without sacrificing a true single coil tone.

The Alnico V bar magnet allows for the output to remain balanced during big string bends that makes for a beautifully articulate tone. The S has plenty of output to give your sound top end sizzle while maintaining solid lows with articulation and presence. Unlike most single coil pickups, EMG's internal shielding and a low impedance preamp makes this pickup virtually noiseless while maintaining an authentic single coil sound.
