2021 Gibson ES-335 "Cherry"

These Nashville-made semi-hollowbody guitars really represent a turning point in Gibson's production, with leveled-up quality and greater attention given to prior customers' qualms. While not a painstakingly recreated reissue, this ES-335 carries the spirit of the originals into the 21st century with some modern refinements. The beautiful wood grain of the maple top and back are highlighted by the rich cherry finish, and the medium sized mahogany neck feels great in the hand. It also features handwired electronics and Gibson's Calibrated T-Type humbucking pickups, paying homage to the sonics of 335s from the late 60s and 70s. This guitar is exceptionally clean, with plastic still on the pickguard, and comes with the original hard shell case and candy, including a black Gibson strap.
